Converting your myRHA legacy login name to your email address

Step 1: Accept the Connect invitation:

You will receive an email invitation with the subject line “connect to Robbins Hebrew Academy’s myRHA.”

Click on the Accept Invitation button to open the Sign-up page.

Step 2: Re-create your myRHA account:

On the Sign Up page, do not edit or change your email address. If you prefer to use a different email, please contact the school or email helpdesk@rhacademy.ca

Complete the form by entering a password and your first and last names. Your password should be unique and preferably one not already used elsewhere.

Your new password has to contain at least 12 characters, and a minimum of 1 capital letter, 1 number and 1 symbol.

Once you’ve entered the required information, select Sign Up.

Step 3: Confirm your account:

Within a few minutes of signing up, you will receive an email from Blackbaud <noreply@blackbaud.com> with the subject “Verify your email address”

Make note of or copy the code you receive and enter it in box seen in Step 4.

Step 4: Enter your verification code:

Enter the 6 digit code you received into the box now appearing on your screen and click confirm.

The NEXT button will become enabled once the code is entered.

Step 5: Sign into your myRHA account:

Enter your email address if not already visible.

You may have an additional prompt indicating that your account is being converted. Click continue if you see this message.

Conversely, you may be automatically logged in after you enter your confirmation code from Step 4 above.

Once completed, you should be redirected to your parent homepage.

TIPS:

If you wish to change the email address on file with the school (and by proxy, your login email) , please reach out to INFO@rhacademy.ca. We will update the system records with the new email address you provide.

To ensure you receive login related emails, add rhacademy@myschoolapp.com and noreply@blackbaud.com to your safe senders list in your email account.

Once your account has been converted, you will use the ‘Forgot Password?’ link found on the sign-in page to request a password reset email.

To request a new invitation email (Step 1) contact helpdesk@rhacademy.ca

To request a Confirmation email (Step 3), go to https://signin.blackbaud.com and enter your email address and password to sign in. When prompted, select the option to resend the confirmation email.
