C’est merveilleux!
The transition from the French classroom to online learning moved seamlessly as the students continued with their various activities. The grade one and two students enjoyed learning plays, watching video presentations, singing songs, and completing written assignments using new vocabulary. Grade three and four students completed shared literacy activities, with oral reading and written assignments to build on vocabulary. And in grade five, the students also completed oral and written activities based on the play the were studying. All the students continued to reinforce their language skills by watching videos, reading short stories and integrating technology by using the Zoom classroom, and Seesaw for assignments.
